Vic Sandhar was born in Kamloops, BC, and has resided in the Lower Mainland since 1986. In 2001, Vic graduated from BCIT with a Diploma in Marketing Management, specializing in Commercial Real Estate. Vic has been actively involved in both residential and commercial real estate transactions within the Fraser Valley Region since 2005. He specializes in the sale of industrial land, development sites, and investment properties.
 
Vic has established very strong relationships with local property owners and developers through which he has gained extensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of the Fraser Valley market. He has been involved in numerous transactions for his clients, ranging from selling industrial land in Bridgeview, North Surrey, to acquiring investment properties in South Surrey.
