About Virginia Kung

My family and I had immigrated to Canada in 1980 and Vancouver has been my home for over 35 years. Speaking fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, it has enabled me to help a broad spectrum of clients all over the Lower Mainland of Multicultural Community, and it has been my joy and honour to have had the opportunity to work with all of them. Over my 31 years in the customer service, sales and management business, my model has always been, to consistently operate with the highest level of unyielding integrity and always put the interest of my clients ahead and above of my own. It is also during these past three decades of experiences which shaped and mold my strong negotiating skills with determination of a Champion for all my clients. Although my sales area spans the entire Lower Mainland of British Columbia, I specialize in selling real estate in the Tri-Cities area after taking up residence here over 20 years ago. I love this community that I live in and I am always interested in finding out what’s happening in our community and share my knowledge with my friends and clients.

Beyond the Tri-Cities area, I am also actively covering the real estate market in Vancouver, Burnaby, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Richmond and New Westminster.
