About William Maunsell

Born and raised in Metro Vancouver, William entered the commercial real estate industry immediately after university, focusing on retail, investment, and development properties. Through his meticulous attention to client needs, professionalism, and unwavering work ethic, he has facilitated the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial properties totaling over $400 million in transaction value.

Specializing as an advisor to medical, dental, and related practices, William takes a sophisticated and personalized approach to addressing each client’s needs during the launch, expansion, and succession planning of their practice. His deep connections with prominent commercial real estate developers and investors provide his tenant, owner-user, and investor clients with exclusive opportunities and insights.

With over six years of experience as a commercial broker, William is a key member of the Luk Real Estate Group, led by Kelvin Luk at Macdonald Commercial. The team is one of Vancouver’s top-performing retail and investment groups, with 25 years of combined experience.

William earned his Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Calgary. During his time there, he co-founded the Real Estate Student Association and was a winner of the NAIOP Battle of Alberta competition.

In his free time, William enjoys skiing, hiking, mountain biking, playing hockey, and exploring the local foodie and craft beer scene.
