About Yvonne Van Gelderen

Yvonne has been in the business for over 35 years, starting at the age of 22 in Richmond, owning her own office along the way, and eventually landing her where she is today at Macdonald Realty in South Surrey. She has consistently ranked in the top 10% of individuals for 17 years straight. Her years of experience and knowledge in all types of markets is one of the strong foundations of our business. Vanessa joined Yvonne as a team in 2021 with her previous career being a Pediatric Nurse at BC Children's Hospital. During her time in university and in the hospital she developed exceptional critical thinking skills, work ethic and passion to care for anyone who crosses her path.

Since becoming a team we have consistently ranked in the top 10% of teams in the Fraser Valley, also known as Medallion Club. Our business model relies strongly on our client satisfaction and retention. We pride ourselves in having strong communication with our clients so they are always aware of what is happening and they never feel left in the dark. We care for our clients the same way we care for our friends and family and most of our clients become friends by the end. We work hard to make great connections and have strong rapport with other agents in the industry to make them want to work with us on listings and purchases.
