What is MOVE with Arthritis Research?
MOVE with Arthritis Research is a virtual fundraising challenge that supports life-changing arthritis research for people here in BC and across Canada.
Arthritis is the leading cause of disability in Canada, and affects more than 6 million people. Despite how common it is, arthritis often doesn't receive the attention it deserves. Macdonald Realty is proud to support this important cause!
How do I join?
- Register: Click “Join our Team” on our Macdonald Realty team page here.
- Fundraise: Share your personal fundraising page with friends and family via email, socials, or word of mouth!
- MOVE: From September 16-30, move your way for at least 30 minutes each day. Walk, stretch, cycle, dance, do yoga, or any type of movement!
- Connect: If you're on Strava, join the MOVE with Arthritis Research Strava Club and connect with participants across Canada throughout the challenge.
- Donate: Make a self donation, donate to other team members! Each donation will give you a charitable tax receipt that is immediately emailed to you!
- Keep spreading the word: Use the official campaign hashtags #MOVEwithArthritisResearch and #MakeYourMOVE on social media and don't forget to tag Macdonald Realty and:
