Hi, I’m Josh Jeyaratnam — a Licensed Real Estate Professional® based in Vancouver with a Master’s degree in Sport and Performance Psychology.
I grew up in a family-run development and property management company, where I learned firsthand what it takes to build, improve, and manage real estate the right way. From laneway homes and duplexes to full-scale renovations, I’ve been deeply involved in the work — coordinating trades, managing timelines, solving problems, and making sure things get done to the highest standard.

Before real estate, I spent years coaching high-performing individuals — including NCAA athletes, firefighters, and military professionals — helping them perform under pressure and stay focused when it mattered most.
