A lower mainland native; Trace provides integrity, enthusiasm, and dedication to exceed her clients’ expectations with every transaction.

Having spent several years in the customer service industry prior to entering real estate both locally and abroad; Trace excels at performing under high-stress situations, multi tasking and leveraging her organizational skills to serve a diverse clientele in real estate. She prides herself on maintaining a steady, open line of communication with each and every one of her clients, guiding buyers and sellers through the transaction process with patience and discretion. She takes great pride in ensuring a thorough, seamless transaction from start to finish while remaining a caring, dedicated, and accessible advisor to her clients.

Trace is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), a Licensed Rental Property Manager, and has been a licensed Realtor® since 2005. She loves being involved in renovation projects and investment property endeavours.

An avid, independent traveller since her teenage years; she enjoys experiencing how other cultures live and partaking in as many experiences as she can. A London Fog and a crossword puzzle completes her happy place. Trace and her husband Steve currently live in South Surrey and are the proud parents of their very lively children Lochlan & Isla. She loves her community and supporting local sports teams and cheering on her son at his sports events!
